Located between Verona and Lake Garda, facing the Valpolicella hills, Villa Sagramoso Sacchetti is a 16th century venue, framed by an extensive garden, as well as by vineyards and olive trees, at the core of an agritourism farm. Its owners’ only wish is to share with their guests the experience of living the magic of a Venetian Villa in its most authentic dimension.

Acquired in conditions of total decay by the counts Sagramoso family, the villa underwent a radical restoration work. This was possible thanks to both the personal and passionate commitment of the owners, who still live their property and take care of it, as well as to the fundamental encouragement and support of the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities (MIBACT) and the Istituto Regionale Ville Venete.
Besides the restoration of the villa (1965), an eminent example of the Sanmicheli’s school architecture, our family also went through the restoration of its annexes. Notably, over the years, the monumental entrance to the courtyard (1975), the “Colombaia” (1977), part of the “Barchessa (1979), the small church dedicated to San Giacomo (1989), and the house behind the latter, which is probably the oldest building in the whole complex (2004).
In the same years, we also we also succeeded in creating the villa’s garden and in shaping the original “brolo”, which is today enhanced by a large vineyard framed by olive groves, fruit trees and cypresses. Both these extensive green portions are in fact an integral part of the entire architectural complex, making of the design between natural and artificial elements an organic unicum.

The central hall of the villa, the frescoed living room and the library, together with a part of the garden, constitute an ideal setting for organizing exclusive small-scale events, in the charming atmosphere of a private home. The possibility of staying in the villa also offers the opportunity to experience the event, fully sharing its expectation and preparation with your friends and relatives.
